I am very blessed to be part of ALC as it has taught me many lessons in many areas of life as a Leader in my societies. I have learnt discipline in decision making and in communication as a person and as a Leader in general. The teachers in ALC are the best as they are friendly and motivating. I am thankful for the American Leadership Class simply because it opened my eyes to more knowledge about leadership. It helped me evaluate myself and learn more on who I was as a leader. Enrolling in this leadership course as an engineering professional has been a transforming experience that has considerably improved my academic and professional development. This course has taught me important interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, which are required for success in team-based engineering projects. Furthermore, I've acquired good decision-making and problem-solving skills, which enable me to approach challenging situations strategically and creatively. Furthermore, the training stressed the significance of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in developing healthier connections with peers and mentors. Overall, this leadership course has enhanced my technical expertise while also cultivating the holistic skill set required for successful engineering leadership, preparing me for success in both academic and future career pursuits.

Bawemu Meddi Ethern the former Guild President ALC 2022-23 and a Team Dove student. I studied at American Leadership Class 2022-23. I learnt that if you work hard success is 'Guaranteed'. All you need to do is to put some extra efforts and dedication which leads the key to success. All the Teachers at ALC are so motivating and positive, no matter what the situation may be they always stand by you, at any point if you get stuck while solving a problem even if its the middle of the night they always help you out. I will never forget the day I was appointed as a guild president, the experience I gained has helped me to gain more confidence in the society and practice my leadership skills wherever I go.
